If you want to play on the official servers, you should not download some illegal or hacked version of the game, since if you did it would almost certainly be incompatible with the official servers. You are able to play this version without purchasing Reforged, however, as long as you have purchased a CD key at any point in the last 20 years. The latest version of the Reign of Chaos/Frozen Throne is the Patch 1.32 version which includes Reforged logos on it and replaces the game menu with a web page. If you own a Reign of Chaos/Frozen Throne CD key, then you are an owner of the game and you can play online on the latest version of the game on the latest servers. Blizzard does not provide a “crack version”, nor has there officially ever been such a version of Warcraft III. Should I download the crack version of it through torrent, and then try to go online with it like you said?
